Yoga Retreats 2026 &2027

I will be organising two retreats in 2027 at the beautiful Villa La Tosca in Lanton, south of Bordeaux in France.  It is right on the beach and we'll be doing yoga, sauna & cold dips, beach walks, some exploration of the local oyster farms and towns, treatments and enjoying fresh local food and wine. 

Each retreat is four nights (Wed - Sun) and the prices include ensuite accommodation, breakfast, three dinners and twice daily yoga/breathwork.  Flights, transfers, activities, drinks and extra food are not included. Insurance is recommended.  Villa La Tosca is 40 minutes transfer from Bordeaux airport.

A non-refundable deposit of £300 is payable on booking to confirm your room.

My two retreats to Spain in 2026 sold out fast.  We have just returned from our April retreat based at a stunning ten bedroom boutique property called Caballito de Mar. We enjoyed yoga with views of the ocean, coastal walks, a local cookery class and breakfasts and dinners cooked by the owners of the hotel.  Moraira is a small seaside town half way between Alicante and Valencia and the hotel is five minutes drive from the town.  It has two small pools, lots of quiet areas to read and relax in the sunshine and an honesty bar. 

My second retreat to the same venue is in September 2026 but is also sold out. 

Prices from £1,150 per person (twin sharing) or £1,350 (single) including four nights ensuite accommodation, breakfast, three dinners and twice daily Hatha or Yin yoga and/or Breathwork.  Twin rooms taken for single occupancy are £1,550.

The price does not include transfers (just over an hour from Alicante), flights, insurance, extra activities and drinks/alcohol.

Terms and conditions

A £300 non refundable deposit is payable on booking, with the balance (non-refundable) payable eight weeks before the trip.  I have professional indemnity and public liability insurance for tour operator services. It is advisable to  have personal travel insurance in place when you book.
