Having worked with breath through yoga and, now as a qualified Breathwork coach, I have experienced the positive impact that breathing technique can have on reducing stress, balancing energy and improving sleep patterns. My intention is to help you understand the power of Breathwork, learn these techniques and incorporate them into daily life. You don't need any experience. My approach is simple, science-based and works for everyone.

I will be running 45 minute Breathwork classes again this year in the stunning Castle Farm lavender fields in Shoreham, Kent. A delightful and relaxing introduction to Breathwork.
