Having worked with breath through yoga and, now as a qualified Breathwork coach, I have experienced the positive impact that breathing technique can have on reducing stress, balancing energy and improving sleep patterns. My intention is to help you understand the power of Breathwork, learn these techniques and to incorporate them into daily life. You don't need any experience. My approach is simple, science-based and works for everyone.
Introductory session: 7 pm Wednesday 4 October 2024
Learn the basic science and principles of breathwork and some empowering techniques to help you relax, get to sleep and become calm/treat anxiety in an hour long class.
